I have been able to apply some skills learned in my teaching career as I am in a demographic of students who need support on a daily basis. I find myself using skills every day sometimes without even knowing it until after. I like that we go through the program together and are able to lean on one another for peer support, make connections, and faculty are very respectable, helpful, and supportive as well.
