Professional Profile

Dr. Jinjing Zhu is a Management Assistant Professor for the School of Business at St. Bonaventure University. Dr. Zhu has many accomplishments including publications, proceedings, honors, and awards.

Dr. Zhu cultivates a stimulating learning environment to encourage critical thinking and group work. After her M.A. in Management, she worked at Forbes Global Shanghai Bureau and then Shanghai Dragon New Media Co., Ltd. From 2012 to 2018, she taught at the State University of New York at Buffalo. In research, Dr. Zhu is currently working on serial entrepreneurship, venture performance, dropout entrepreneurs, religious beliefs, and food safety incidents.

In the classroom, Dr. Zhu cares for students and is always ready to help. She sparks interest and engages students by relating abstract concepts with real-world examples and personal experiences.
