Professional Profile

Dr. Michael Hoffman received his doctorate in higher education administration from Northeastern University where he received the Dean’s Medal Award. He also holds an MBA from St. Bonaventure and a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. He brings his skills and knowledge to our Leading Change course, having led several change initiatives in his career. Dr. Hoffman:

• co-led implementation of a customer relationship management system (CRM) for the Bonaventure enrollment division;
• led a major transition from bank-based to federal direct lending on campus and several financial change initiatives;
• led multiple major IT change initiatives on our campus;
• and co-led our initiatives to develop online learning programs.

Dr. Hoffman has also been instrumental in a wide range of personnel adoption and training initiatives.
